Junior Coaches & Coaches in Training - Junior Coaches and Coaches-in-Training are needed!

Our "CIT" program is designed to offer students interested in becoming part of the Junior Coaching staff an opportunity to learn the coaching job for community credits.  The CITs work alongside the other coaches providing coaching input to the swimmers, reducing the swimmer-to-coaching ratio and allowing for close attention on a particular skill or with specific groups or individual swimmers needing extra attention.  We rely on these coaches every year to provide leadership for the team and to help younger Seals new to the team feel welcome and comfortable during our practices and meets. An interview with the coach and a team representative will be required.  All interested candidates age 14 and over should email/call the coaches.
